Opened in 2012, City Park is an urban water park which has been created adjacent to City Hall in the centre of Bradford.

Centrepiece of the park is the mirror pool, with its fountains and special lighting effects - believed to be the largest water feature of its kind in the United Kingdom.

Since its opening City Park has hosted various popular events, including the World Curry Festival and a relaunched Bradford Festival (which now again includes as part of the programme the city's famous Mela) as well as a relaunched Bradford Science Festival and the popular Bradford Classic car meeting.
